Door Supervision
Door supervisors are the first point of contact between your premises and your clients.
We have highly trained supervisors who will man your entry and exit points and present a professional look to your business. Our door supervision staff are trained to have a polite and professional manner.
The door supervisors screen each individual before allowing them into your premises, and if necessary perform a body search. They will monitor their behaviour inside and are trained in conflict management. They are skilled in safe techniques to remove clients behaving inappropriately.
Physical intervention is only used as a last resort. Our door staff will always check that emergency exits are kept clear in your premises and are operating properly. In cases of emergency our staff will ensure safe evacuation and coordinate with the emergency services.
